David Eldreth has a Bachelors of Fine Art from MICA and has spent most of his career as a potter and teacher. David spent the last 5 years of his career as a full time painter. Most of his paintings are abstract, suggesting landscape ideas. They are composed of landscapes planes, forms and shapes.
David's paintings are simplified of clutter and aim to release the viewer from a world of objects. David speaks to the viewer by what is not said, and uses the paint to create a language of mood and feeling, and not necessarily subjective description.
